前部缺血性视神经病变的中医药治疗研究进展

前部缺血性视神经病变(anterior ischemic optic neuropathy,AION)属于现阶段较为常见的眼部疾病,其中中老年群体属于AION的高发群体,是导致患者出现视力降低的主要因素,其发病率相对较高。血管危险因素是目前认为导致AION病变发生的主要原因,包括高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、高同型半胱氨酸血症、凝血功能障碍以及视盘玻璃膜疣等。该疾病的发生对患者的视神经、视功能造成严重损伤,导致其视力下降、视野范围缩小,对其正常的生活与工作带来诸多影响,甚至可能造成患者失明。从中医的角度出发,AION属于目系暴盲的范畴,认为AION的发病与患者肝脏、肾脏以及心脏之间存在着密切的联系。其中气血失调是AION发病的主要因素,血液瘀滞在其发病过程中起到了关键作用。通过查阅以往研究发现:通过予以患者中药、针刺、穴位注射、中药离子导入等类型的中医治疗模式能够取得优良的治疗效果,达到促进患者视力改善的目的。本文将通过分析近年中医药对AION的治疗研究,明确中医药在治疗AION过程中的优势,进而明确后续的研究方向。

Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(AION)is a common eye disease at the present stage,among which the middle-aged and elderly group belongs to the high incidence group of ischemic optic neuropathy,which is the main factor leading to the reduction of vision,and its incidence is relatively high.Vascular risk factors are currently considered to be the main causes of AION development,including hypertension,diabetes mellitus,hyperlipidemia,obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,hyperhomocysteinemia,coagulopathy,and in the optic disc.The occurrence of this disease causes serious damage to the optic nerve and visual function of patients,leading to the loss of vision,the narrowing of the field of vision,and brings a lot of effects on their normal life and work,and may even cause the blindness of patients.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that ischemic optic neuropathy belongs to the category of order sudden blindness,and that the onset of ischemic optic neuropathy is closely related to the liver,kidney and heart of patients.Among them,qi and blood disorder is the main factor of ischemic optic neuropathy,and blood stasis plays a key role in the pathogenesis.Through access to previous studies found that:through patients with traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,acupoint injection,Chinese medicine ion into type of traditional Chinese medicine treatment mode can achieve excellent treatment effect,achieve the purpose of promoting patients with vision improvement.This paper will analyze the research of TCM on ischemic optic neuropathy in recent years,clarify the advantages of TCM in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy,and clarify the subsequent research direction.
