缬沙坦胶囊与苯磺酸氨氯地平片联用方案治疗老年高血压的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Valsartan Capsule Combined with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets in the Treatment of Senile Hypertension

目的探讨缬沙坦胶囊与苯磺酸氨氯地平片联用方案治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法选取我院2021年7月至2022年12月期间收治的100例老年高血压患者为对象,根据其入院时间进行分组,2021年7月至2022年3月期间治疗者为参照组,2022年4月至2022年12月期间治疗者为研究组,每组各50例,其中参照组实施苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,研究组在参照组基础上联用缬沙坦胶囊治疗。对比两组临床治疗效率、血压、C-反应蛋白、血尿酸水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组收缩压、舒张压均降低,且研究组收缩压、舒张压低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者C反应蛋白、血尿酸水平均降低,且研究组患者C反应蛋白、血尿酸水平均低于参照组;研究组不良反应总发生率低于参照组,但对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论与单纯采取苯磺酸氨氯地平片药物治疗相比,对老年高血压患者积极实施缬沙坦胶囊与苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合治疗,可取得更为理想的治疗效果,积极改善患者临床症状,降低血压,减轻机体炎性反应,进而减轻血管内皮细胞及机体损伤,且药物安全性相对较高,加用缬沙坦胶囊药物后,并未明显增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of valsartan capsule combined with amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of elderly hypertension.Methods The 100 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as subjects and divided into groups according to their admission time.Those treated from July 2021 to March 2022 were the reference group,and those treated from April 2022 to December 2022 were the study group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,and the study group was treated with valsartan capsules based on the reference group.Clinical treatment efficiency,blood pressure index,C-reactive protein index,blood uric acid index and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure indexes were decreased in both groups,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure indexes in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein and blood uric acid indexes were decreased in both groups,and C-reactive protein and blood uric acid indexes in the study group were lower than those in the reference group.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with amlodipine besylate tablets alone,the combination of valsartan capsule and amlodipine besylate tablets in elderly patients with hypertension can achieve a more ideal therapeutic effect,which can actively improve clinical symptoms,reduce blood pressure index,alleviate inflammatory response,and further reduce vascular endothelial cells and body damage.Moreover,the safety of the drug is relatively high,and the addition of valsartan capsule has not significantly increased the occurrence of adverse reactions.
