腰部与颈部特定穴位针灸治疗对颈椎病患者的中医证候积分的影响

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion at Specific Points of Waist and Neck on TCM Syndrome Score of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的分析腰部与颈部特定穴位针灸治疗对颈椎病患者中医证候积分的影响。方法选取60例颈型颈椎病患者,均为厦门海沧福林堂中医门诊部2020年11月至2022年12月期间所收治,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各30例,其中对照组选择常规颈部取穴针灸治疗,而研究组则选择腰部与颈部特定穴位针灸治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、颈痛综合程度与颈椎活动度、疼痛程度与颈椎功能障碍情况。结果研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后的手指麻木疼痛、上肢麻木疼痛、颈肩背部不适评分、颈痛量表(Northwick Park Neckpain Scale,NPQ)评分、颈椎活动度(Range of Motion,ROM)评分、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Simulation Score,VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disability index,NDI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对颈椎病患者进行治疗时,采用腰部与颈部特定穴位针灸治疗能取得显著疗效,不但能对其临床症状进行显著改善,还能对其生活质量进行有效改善。

Objective To analyze the influence of acupuncture and moxibustion at specific points on the waist and neck on TCM syndrome score of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods Sixty patients with cervical spondylosis were selected from Xiamen Haicang Fulintang TCM Outpatient Department from November 2020 to December 2022.They were randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group selected conventional neck acupuncture and moxibustion,while the research group selected specific points of the waist and neck acupuncture and moxibustion,and compared the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,comprehensive degree of neck pain and cervical spine activity The degree of pain and cervical dysfunction.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of finger numbness pain,upper limb numbness pain,neck shoulder back discomfort,NPQ score,ROM score,VAS score,and NDI score after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis,acupuncture and moxibustion at specific points on the waist and neck can achieve significant efficacy,not only can significantly improve their clinical symptoms,but also can effectively improve their quality of life.
