中医特色康复护理在脑梗死后偏瘫患者康复中应用的效果

Effect Analysis of Rehabilitation Nursing with Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristics in the Rehabilitation of Hemiplegia Patients after Cerebral Infarction

目的本研究对脑梗死后偏瘫患者采用中医特色康复护理,比较中医特色康复护理与常规护理对患者康复的效果。以期通过中医药特色的康复训练,使患者的自我护理水平得到明显的提高,从而使患者的生活质量得到明显的提高,从而增强患者的生存自信。方法回顾性选取2021年1月至2022年12月在井冈山大学附属医院收治的脑梗死后偏瘫患者40例,以双盲的方式将其分成两组,分别20名。对照组给予一般的康复护理。观察组进行中医特色康复护理,对患者进行较好的生活照顾;要做好充足的营养,让患者保持良好的生活方式,同时还要注意让患者保持良好的生活习惯,提高患者的身体抵抗力和免疫力。对观察组的患者进行传统的护理干预后,进行了中医特色的护理干预,包括运动训练、艾灸护理、按摩穴位、中药熏洗、穴位敷贴等。比较两组患者的生活质量、肢体功能、生活能力、神经功能和满意度。结果观察组生活质量、肢体功能、生活能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组神经功能低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医特色康复护理在脑梗死后偏瘫患者康复中应用的效果确切,可有效改善患者的生活质量、肢体功能、生活能力、神经功能,提高患者的满意度。

Objective This study adopts traditional Chinese medicine characteristic rehabilitation nursing for hemiplegia patients after cerebral infarction,and compares the effects of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic rehabilitation nursing with conventional nursing on patients'rehabilitation.It is hoped that traditional Chinese medicine featured rehabilitation can effectively improve the patient's ability to take care of themselves,improve their quality of life,and enhance their confidence in life.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 40 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction admitted to Jinggangshan University Affiliated Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a double blind method,with 20 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing interventions.Mainly providing patients with good life care;Provide nutritional support to patients,guide them to develop scientific and reasonable dietary habits,and improve their own resistance and immunity.The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing interventions on the basis of conventional nursing interventions,including sports training,moxibustion nursing,massage of acupoints,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,and acupoint application.The quality of life,limb function,ability to live,neurological function,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life,limb function,and living ability in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The neurological function of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic rehabilitation nursing in the rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients after cerebral infarction has a definite effect,which can effectively improve the quality of life,limb function,life ability,and neurological function of patients,and improve patient satisfaction.
