中药辨证施治联合恩度治疗肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液的疗效及对HIF-1α、IL-2的影响

The Efficacy of Chinese Medicinal Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Combined with Endostatin on Lung Cancer Complicated with Malignant Pleural Effusion and its Influence on HIF-1αand IL-2

目的:观察中药辨证施治联合恩度治疗肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液的疗效及对缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)、白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-2的影响。方法:选择河南省胸科医院与河南中医药大学第一附属医院2019年1月至2021年1月治疗的肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液患者78例,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予恩度治疗,观察组给予中药辨证施治联合恩度治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后HIF-1α、IL-2水平及临床疗效、生活质量改善率、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组有效率为58.97%,对照组有效率为25.64%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后HIF-1α、IL-2水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,生活质量总改善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药辨证施治联合恩度治疗肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液疗效较佳,能明显抑制HIF-1α、IL-2表达水平,不良反应较少,还能改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Chinese medicinal syndrome dfferentiation and treatment combined with endostatin on lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion and its influence on hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1α)and interleukin(IL)-2.Methods:A total of 78 patients with lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion treated in Henan Provincial Chest Hospital and The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given endostatin,while the observation group was given Chinese medicinal syndrome differentiation combined with endostatin.The levels of HIF-lαand IL-2,the clinical efficacy,the improvement rate of quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 58.97%in the observation group and 25.64%in the control group.The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of HIF-1αand IL-2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and all the dfferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the total improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion,Chinese medicinal syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with endostatin has good efficacy,can significantly inhibit the expression levels of HIF-lαand IL-2,has fewer adverse reactions,and can improve the quality of life of patients.
