益气解郁颗粒治疗缺血性卒中后抑郁临床观察

Clinical Observation of Qi-Boosting and Depression-Relieving Granule in the Treatment of Ischemic Post-Stroke Depression

目的:观察益气解郁颗粒治疗缺血性卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月诊治的缺血性卒中后抑郁气虚血郁、脑脉痹阻证患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。治疗组给予益气解郁颗粒治疗,对照组给予乌灵胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后中医证候各评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为73.33%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗第15天、第30天、第60天神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗第15天、第30天、第60天汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为13.33%,对照组不良反应发生率为20.00%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气解郁颗粒治疗缺血性卒中后抑郁气虚血郁、脑脉痹阻证,能改善患者神经功能缺损程度和减轻抑郁程度。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qi-Boosting and Depression-Relieving Granule on ischemic post-stroke depression.Methods:A total of 60 patients with ischemic post-stroke depression with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stagnation and cerebral pulse obstruction treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Qi-Boosting and Depression-Relieving Granule,while the control group was treated with Wuling Capsule(乌灵胶囊,WLC).Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of neurological deficit degree in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group on the 15th,30th and 60th days,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group on the 15th,3th and 60th day of treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 13.33%in the treatment group and 20.00%in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In terms of ischemic post-stroke depression with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stagnation and cerebral pulse obstruction,Qi-Boosting and Depression-Relieving Granule can improve the degree of neurological deficit and reduce the degree of depression.
