摘要
目的评价思维导图联合科普模型在体检人群高尿酸血症健康管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月至10月于福建医科大学附属闽东医院行健康体检发现高尿酸血症的320例受检者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(160例)和观察组(160例)。随访结束时总共收集到完整数据对象观察组147例,对照组142例。对照组采用传统的健康管理模式,观察组通过绘制高尿酸血症相关系统知识的思维导图,采用思维导图联合科普模型的健康管理模式对受检者进行全面的健康教育,并指导其通过思维导图进行自我健康管理和随访等。对比两组受检者疾病相关知识知晓率、自我健康管理能力、健康管理前后血尿酸水平及健康管理满意度。结果观察组高尿酸血症相关知识(高危因素、临床表现、治疗方法、并发症管理)知晓率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组自我健康管理能力(自我管理认识、自我管理能力、自我管理环境)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的血尿酸水平均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的健康管理满意度(专业方面、通俗理解、控制效果方面)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体检人群高尿酸血症的健康管理应用思维导图联合科普模型可以让受检者更好地掌握高尿酸血症相关防治知识,提高自我健康管理能力及尿酸控制效果,并可提高其对健康管理的整体满意度,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of mind mapping combined with science popularization model in health management of hyperuricemia in health checkup examinees.Methods From May to October 2021,320 subjects with hyperuricemia found by physical examination in Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were selected and divided into control group(160 cases)and observation group(160 cases)by random number table method.At the end of follow-up,a total of 147 cases in the observation group and 142 cases in the control group were collected.The control group adopted the traditional post-checkup health management model.The observation group adopted the health management model by mind map combined with science popularization model which conducted comprehensive health education for health checkup examinees,and guided them to conduct self-health management and follow-up.The awareness rate of hyperuricemia-related disease knowledge,self health management ability,serum uric acid level and satisfaction with health management were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of hyperuricemia related knowledge(risk factors,clinical manifestations,treatment methods,complication management)in observation group was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-health management ability(self-management awareness,self-management ability and self-management environment)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood uric acid level of both groups was lower than that before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of health management(professional,popular understanding,control effect)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping combined with popular science model-based health management model can help health checkup examinees better grasp the prevention and treatment knowledge of hyperuricemia,improve the control effect of uric acid and their self-health management ability,and improve their overall satisfaction with health management,which was worthy for further promotion and application.
