全程无缝护理干预在高龄产妇无痛分娩中的应用效果

Application effect of whole process seamless nursing intervention in painless delivery of advanced maternal age

目的探讨全程无缝护理干预在高龄产妇无痛分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至12月瑞金市妇幼保健院妇科收治的82名无痛分娩高龄产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(41名)和观察组(41名)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全程无缝护理。比较两组产妇的产程、不良反应总发生率及护理总满意度。结果观察组产妇的第一、二、三产程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高龄产妇无痛分娩中施以全程无缝护理,可明显缩短产妇的产程,减少分娩过程中不良反应的发生,提升产妇的护理体验,建议在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole process seamless nursing intervention in painless delivery of advanced maternal age.Methods A total of 82 cases of advanced maternal age admitted to the Department of Gynaecology,Ruijin Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from March to December 2020 who were given painless delivery were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received whole process seamless nursing.The labor course,total incidence of adverse reactions and total nursing satisfaction of postpartum women of two groups were compared.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process seamless nursing in painless delivery of advanced maternal age can significantly shorten the delivery process of puerpera,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in the delivery process,improve the nursing experience of puerpera,and it is recommended to promote its application in clinical practice.
