煤矿智慧班组管理系统研究与应用

摘要 针对智能矿山基层工作繁杂,管理效益与装备水平不匹配的现状,本研究从人员-设备-作业-风险的角度,明确了以全面规范的基础管理体系、设备精准检修与适时维护的管理办法、任务和安全为核心的标准化作业流程和多系统联动的煤矿风险预警推送为核心的建设内涵。介绍了智慧班组管理系统的技术路径,提出了包含信息流、基础设施、方法模型、功能应用和系统终端等的关键流程。设计了基于德尔菲和层次分析法的班组考核评价方法、基于关系型数据库的岗位作业匹配系统和基于云边端一体化的多系统联动信息推送方法等关键技术。最后开发了智慧班组管理系统PC端和移动端,并在敏东一矿基层班组成功应用。 Aiming at the mismatch between management efficiency and intelligent equipment level in the complicated grassroots work of intelligent mine construction,four team construction connotations were clarified including a comprehensive and standardized basic management system,a management system of daily maintenance and timely maintenance of equipment,a standardized operation process focusing tasks and safety and a coal mine risk warning push from the consideration of manmachine-operation-risk.Technical path of mine smart team management system was introduced,and the key processes including information flow,infrastructures,method model,function application and system terminals were proposed.Key technologies including team assessment and evaluation method based on Delphi and analytic hierarchy process,position-operation matching system based on relational database and multi-system linkage information push method based on cloudedge-device integration were designed.Finally,the PC and mobile terminals of the unified centralized smart team management system were developed and successfully applied in the team of Mindong No.1 Mine.
