断层赋存区域工作面矿压动态显现可视化研究 被引量:2

摘要 以鄂尔多斯马泰壕煤矿3103工作面为工程背景,提出了一种断层构造可视化平台的构筑方法,建立了回采工作面的三维可视化地质模型,反演了工作面开采过程中液压支架动态压力的演化特征,在实现复杂地质构造精细赋存条件、工作面及巷道形态和矿压动态显现可视化的基础上,研究了巷道内断层赋存与开采过程中液压支架数据演化的互馈机制。研究结果显示:马泰壕煤矿3103工作面距切眼1170 m处存在断层斜向贯穿运输巷,可视化平台直观展示了该断层的形态和分布。工作面开采经过断层时,矿压分布极不规律,周期来压步距较正常开采时平均值降低45.9%,来压持续时间增加,较平均值增加70%;液压支架沿工作面倾向方向来压分布较不均匀,靠近断层侧支架压力值较小,工作面压力整体呈以断层面为凹谷的“N型”线分布,正常开采时压力大小较为均匀,呈间隔分布。 Taking the 3103 mining face of Mataihao Coal Mine in Ordos as the engineering background,a construction method of fault structure visualization platform was put forward.The 3D visualized geological model of the mining face was established,and the evolution characteristics of the dynamic pressure of the hydraulic support during working face mining were inversed.On the basis of visualizing the fine occurrence conditions of complex tectonics,the working face and roadway shape,and the dynamic manifestation of rock pressure,the mutual feedback mechanism of the fault occurrence in the roadway and the data evolution of the hydraulic support in the mining process was studied.The results show that there is a fault running through the belt transport entry obliquely at 1170 m from the open-off in the 3103 mining face,and the visualization platform shows the shape and distribution of the fault.When the mining face passes through the fault,the distribution of rock pressure is extremely irregular.The interval of periodic weighting is 45.9%lower than the average value of normal mining,and the weighting duration is 70%longer than the average;the pressure distribution of the hydraulic support along the dip of the mining face is relatively uneven,and the pressure value of the support near the fault side is small.The pressure of the working face is generally distributed in an N-shaped line with the fault plane as the valley.During normal mining,the pressure is relatively uniform and distributed at intervals.
