日本的举国体制:集成电路产业的协同发展模式

摘要 自20世纪70年代以来,日本在半导体产业领域,推动组织了以政府为主导的跨部门联合研发项目,突破了多项关键核心技术,迅速赶上美国,一度成为世界集成电路强国。本文探讨日本在举国体制下的跨部门协同模式对于攻克集成电路核心技术的作用。
