双创生态环境对大学生就业质量的影响研究

The Effect of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Environment on the Quality of University Students' Employment

将中国区域创新创业指数嵌入中国家庭追踪调查(2020年),从薪资待遇、工作强度、社会保障、权益保障、个人满意度等维度构建大学生就业质量指标体系,探究区域双创生态环境对大学生就业质量的影响。研究发现,地区更强的双创生态环境能够产生更多的就业岗位与更高的劳动效率,进而促进大学生就业质量提升,同时也有利于弥合男性大学生与女性大学生之间的就业质量差异。政府应当强化对于双创活动的要素配置,高校应当加强对于大学生的双创教育,以发挥创新创业对于大学生就业质量的积极影响。

Matching the Index of Regional Innovation and Entrepreneurship in China to the 2020 China Family Panel Studies data,constructed a university student employment quality index system from dimensions such as salary,job intensity,social security,equity protection,and personal satisfaction.Research found that a stronger regional innovation and entrepreneurship environment can generate more employment positions and higher labor efficiency,thus promoting the employment quality of university students,and at the same time,also benefiting the narrowing of the employment quality gap between male and female university students.The government should strengthen the element configuration of innovation and entrepreneurship activities,universities should strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship education of university students,in order to bring out the positive influence of innovation and entrepreneurship on the employment quality of university students.
