一种“微胶囊”长效消毒剂对医院物体表面的消毒效果

摘要 目的观察聚六亚甲基双胍类长效消毒剂对医院重点科室内高频接触物体表面的消毒效果。方法选取5家三级医院的高频接触物体表面,试验第1天使用含有效氯500mg/L消毒剂擦拭消毒,为含氯消毒剂组,擦拭前和消毒后2、3、4、5、6 h采样;第2~4天使用有效浓度为1.7%~1.9%的新型聚六亚甲基双胍类消毒剂擦拭消毒,为长效消毒剂组,擦拭前和消毒后2、4、6、24、48 h采样,通过菌落计数计算合格率。结果消毒前,2组不同区域的合格率差异无统计学意义。长效消毒剂组消毒后4和6 h的合格率明显高于含氯消毒剂组(χ^(2)=5.560,P=0.018;χ^(2)=7.800,P=0.005),消毒24 h后合格率与消毒前差异无统计学意义。含氯消毒剂组消毒4 h后合格率与消毒前差异无统计学意义。结论长效消毒剂的消毒效果及抗菌持续时间优于含氯消毒剂。 Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a polyhexamethylenebiguanide long-acting disinfectant on the surfaces of high-frequency contact objects in key departments in hospital.Methods The surfaces of high-frequency contact objects were selected from 5 tertiary hospitals.On the first day(chlorine-containing disinfectant group),the surfaces were wiped using disinfectant with 500 mg/L effective chlorine and samples were collected before wiping and 2,3,4,5,6 h after disinfection.On the second to fourth day(long-acting disinfectant group),the surfaces were wiped using a new polyhamethylenebiguanide disinfectant with an effective concentration of 1.7%~1.9%and samples were collected before wiping and 2,4,6,24,48 h after disinfection.The qualified rate was calculated with bacteria colony count.Results Before disinfection,the qualified rate had no significant difference between two groups.The qualified rate of the long-acting disinfectant group was significantly higher than that of the chlorine-containing disinfectant group at 4 and 6 h after disinfection(χ^(2)=5.560,P=0.018;χ^(2)=7.800,P=0.005),and there was no significant difference at 24 h after disinfection.In the chlorine-containing disinfectant group,the disinfection effect lased for 4 h after disinfection.Conclusion The disinfection effect and antibacterial duration of long-acting disinfectant are better than those of chlorine-containing disinfectants.
