一种新型含氯低温消毒剂的消毒效果及安全性评价

Disinfection effect and safety evaluation of a new chlorine-containing low-temperature disinfectant

摘要 目的观察以二氯异氰尿酸钠为主要成分的固-液二元新型低温消毒剂的杀菌效果,并进行毒理学安全性评价。方法采用细菌繁殖体(金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌)载体定量杀菌试验和现场试验对该消毒剂的消毒效果进行观察,采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验和微核试验对该消毒剂的安全性进行评价。结果该消毒剂原液在-18℃低温条件下作用5 min,对布片载体上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的杀灭对数值均>3.00,在现场试验中(温度约-15℃),对金属载体上金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率≥99.9%;小鼠急性口服LD_(50)>5000 mg/(kg·bw),对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率无明显改变作用。结论该消毒剂在-18℃低温条件下具有较好的杀菌效果,安全性较好。 Objective To observe the germicidal effect and toxicological safety evaluation of a new type of solid-liquid low temperature disinfectant with sodium dichloroisocyanurate as the main component.Methods The germicidal efficacy of the disinfectant was observed by quantitative germicidal test and field test of bacterial Propagule(Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli)carrier,and the safety of the disinfectant was evaluated by mouse acute oral toxicity test and micronucleus test.Results At-18℃,after being treated for 5 min with the disinfectant stock solution,the killing log values of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on the cloth carrier were all>3.00,and the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus on the metal carrier at-15℃in the field test was≥99.9%.The mouse acute oral LD_(50) was>5000 mg/kg,there was no significant effect on micronucleus rate of polychromatic erythrocytes in bone marrow.Conclusion The disinfectant has good bactericidal effect and good safety at-18℃.
