一种新型复用器械多功能清洗消毒装置的设计与应用 被引量:1

Design and application of a new multifunctional cleaning and disinfection device for multiplex instruments

摘要 目的设计一种新型复用器械多功能清洗消毒装置(简称多功能装置),评价其应用效果。方法随机选择2022年3—9月某医院手术室术后器械包328包,随机分成传统清洗架组和多功能装置组,每组164包手术器械。传统清洗架组使用传统清洗架,多功能装置组使用多功能装置,评价2组的清洗消毒时间、清洗合格率(目测法、白通条法和ATP生物荧光法)、装配时间、装配错误率和科室员工满意度。结果与传统清洗架组相比,新型清洗消毒装置显著缩短清洗消毒时间(P<0.05),ATP生物荧光检测法清洗合格率显著升高(P<0.05),器械包装配时间显著缩短(P<0.05),错误率降低(1.22%vs 12.80%),员工满意度升高(96.43%vs 42.86%)。结论新型复用器械多功能装置可提高工作效率和员工满意度。 Objective To design and investigate a new multifunctional cleaning and disinfection device for multiplex instruments and to evaluate its application effect.Methods From March to September 2022,a total of 328 packages postoperative instruments of a hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with each group of 164 bags of surgical instruments.The control group used the traditional cleaning rack,and the experimental group used the new equipment frame.The time of cleaning and disinfection,the rate of cleaning qualification(visual method,white strip method and ATP bioluminescence method),the time of assembly,the rate of assembly error and the satisfaction of staff were evaluated.Results Compared with the traditional cleaning rack group,the new equipment frame significantly shortened the cleaning and disinfection time(P<0.05).The cleaning qualification rate of ATP biofluorescence detection method was significantly increased(P<0.05).The device packaging and dispensing time was significantly shortened(P<0.05).The error rate(1.22%vs 12.80%)was reduced,and the employee satisfaction(96.43%vs 42.86%)was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The new multi-function device can improve work efficiency and employee satisfaction.
