宁波市区0岁~12岁儿童维生素A、D、E现状分析 被引量:1

Analysis of vitamin A,D and E in children aged 0-12 years in Ningbo City

摘要 目的了解宁波市区0岁~12岁儿童25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、维生素A(VitA)、维生素E(VitE)营养状况及其影响因素。方法对2020年10月—2022年10月在本院及本院医共体卫生院儿童保健科就诊的3024例0岁~12岁儿童的25(OH)D、VitA、VitE数值进行统计分析,分析季节、年龄、性别等影响因素。结果0岁~10岁男童、女童25(OH)D水平均逐年下降。8岁~12岁男童、女童25(OH)D水平差异无统计学意义。男童25(OH)D水平均高于同年龄段女童,但男女比较差异无统计学意义。0岁~10岁儿童25(OH)D充足率逐年下降。儿童在7岁后夏秋季节25(OH)D水平高于冬春季节,7岁前没有明显季节规律。儿童VitA不足率为0.5%,VitA水平在1岁以内最高。儿童VitE不足率为0.2%,VitE水平2岁之前最高,VitE水平秋季高于其他季节。结论宁波市区0岁~10岁儿童25(OH)D水平及充足率逐年下降,同年龄有关。8岁~12岁儿童25-(OH)D水平无明显差异。男童25(OH)D水平均高于同年龄段女童。儿童7岁之前25(OH)D水平无季节规律,7岁后有季节规律。0岁~12岁儿童VitA、VitE基本不缺乏。 Objective This paper aims to investigate the nutritional status of 25 hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D],vitamin A(VitA)and vitamin E(VitE)and their influencing factors among children aged 0-12 in Ningbo city.Methods The values of 25(OH)D,VitA and VitE in 3024 children aged 0-12 who were treated in our hospital and the Children's Health Department of the Medical Community Health Center of our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were statistically analyzed,and the influencing factors such as season,age,sex were analyzed.Results The levels of 25(OH)D in boys and girls aged 0-10 decreased year by year.There was no statistical significance on the difference in 25(OH)D levels between boys and girls aged 8-12.The level of 25(OH)D in boys was higher than that in girls of the same age group,but there was no statistical significance on the difference between boys and girls.The adequacy rate of 25(OH)D in children aged 0-10 decreased year by year.The level of 25(OH)D was higher in summer and autumn than in winter and spring after the age of 7,and there was no obvious seasonal rule before the age of 7.The VitA deficiency rate of children was 0.5%,and the VitA level was the highest before 1 years old.The VitE deficiency rate of children was 0.2%.The level of VitE was the highest before the age of 2,and the level of VitE was higher in autumn than in other seasons.Conclusion The 25(OH)D level and adequacy rate of children aged 0-10 in Ningbo city decrease annually,which are related to age.There is no significant difference in 25-(OH)D levels in children aged 8-12.The 25(OH)D level of children before the age of 7 has no seasonal regularity,but after 7 years old.VitA and VitE are basically not lacking in children aged 0-12.
