经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术与经尿道膀胱肿瘤等离子电切术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的效果对比

Comparison on the Effects of Transurethral Holmium Laser Resection of Bladder Tumor and Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor in the Treatment of Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer

目的对比经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术(HOLRBT)与经尿道膀胱肿瘤等离子电切术(TURBT)治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(NMIBC)的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年12月我院收治的60例NMIBC患者,随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组行TURBT治疗,观察组行HOLRBT治疗。比较两组的围术期相关指标及并发症发生情况。结果两组的手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组术中出血量较低,尿管留置时间、住院时间较短(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05)。结论与TURBT相比,HOLRBT可明显降低NMIBC患者的术中出血量与并发症发生率,加速患者术后恢复进程。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of transurethral holmium laser resection of bladder tumor(HOLRBT)and transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT)in the treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC).Methods 60 NMIBC patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with TURBT,and the observation group was treated with HOLRBT.The perioperative related indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results No statistical difference was found in the surgical time between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less,and the catheter retention time and hospitalization time were shorter(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with TURBT,HOLRBT can significantly reduce the intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of complications,and accelerate the postoperative recovery process of NMIBC patients.
