二丁酰环磷腺苷钙联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的效果

Effect of Dibutyryl Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate Calcium Combined with Irbesartan in the Treatment of Heart Failure Complicated with Arrhythmia

目的探讨二丁酰环磷腺苷钙联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的效果。方法选取2020年2月至2023年2月本院收治的92例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者,按照抽签法分为两组。对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组采用厄贝沙坦联合二丁酰环磷腺苷钙。比较两组的治疗效果及血清指标。结果观察组总有效率为97.83%,高于对照组的82.61%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清NT-proBNP、ET-1、MMP-9水平降低,且观察组血清NT-proBNP、ET-1、MMP-9水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二丁酰环磷腺苷钙联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的效果较好,可能与调节NT-proBNP、ET-1、MMP-9的表达有关。

Objective To explore the effect of dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate calcium combined with irbesartan in the treatment of heart failure complicated with arrhythmia.Methods 92 patients with heart failure complicated with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were divided into two groups according to the lottery method.The control group was treated with irbesartan,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan combined with dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate calcium.The treatment effect and serum indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.83%,higher than 82.61%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum NT-proBNP,ET-1 and MMP-9 levels of the two groups decreased,and the serum NT-proBNP,ET-1 and MMP-9 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate calcium combined with irbesartan has better effect in the treatment of heart failure complicated with arrhythmia,which may be related to the regulation of NT-proBNP,ET-1 and MMP-9 expressions.
