精准设计创口锁边缝合法在低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合中的临床研究

Clinical Study of Precisely Designed Wound Locking Suture on Wound Healing after Low Simple Anal Fistula Surgery

目的探讨精准设计创口锁边缝合法在低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合中的临床效果。方法选择2021年10月至2022年9月于我院行手术治疗的低位单纯性肛瘘患者70例,随机分为两组各35例。对照组行低位单纯性肛瘘切除术,观察组在对照组基础上采用精准设计创口锁边缝合法。对比两组的临床疗效、围术期指标、疼痛评分(HPOI)及睡眠质量评分(PSQI)、并发症。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组手术时间较长,切口宽度及创面愈合时间较短(P<0.05)。观察组术后HPOI及PSQI评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精准设计创口锁边缝合法治疗低位单纯性肛瘘能够有效改善患者的创面愈合状况,缩短创面愈合时间,减轻创面疼痛感,改善睡眠质量,且并发症较少。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of precisely designed wound locking suture on wound healing after low simple anal fistula surgery.Methods 70 patients undergoing low simple anal fistula surgery in our hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received low simple anal fistula resection,and the observation group received precisely designed wound locking suture on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indicators,pain score(HPOI),sleep quality score(PSQI)and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the surgical time of the observation group was longer,the incision width and wound healing time were shorter(P<0.05).The HPOI and PSQI scores and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Precisely designed wound locking suture in the treatment of low simple anal fistula can effectively improve wound healing of patients,shorten the wound healing time,reduce the wound pain,and improve the sleep quality,with fewer complications.
