摘要 目的探讨丁苯酞软胶囊对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者脑内神经递质水平、神经功能及认知功能的影响。方法将我院2020年6月至2021年6月收治的84例脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者随机分为两组各42例。对照组予以奥拉西坦胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,对比两组的神经递质水平、神经功能、认知功能和不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组的5-HT、DA、NE水平及MoCA评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分、S100B及NSE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者可有效改善其神经递质水平、神经功能和认知功能,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the impact of butylphthalide soft capsules on the neurotransmitter level,neurological function and cognitive function in patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke.Methods 84 patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxiracetam capsules,and the study group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsules on the basis of the control group.The neurotransmitter level,neurological function,cognitive function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the 5-HT,DA,NE levels and MoCA score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score,S100B and NSE levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Butylphthalide soft capsules can effectively improve the neurotransmitter level,neurological function and cognitive function of patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke,with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
