维生素D联合常规口服降糖药治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Vitamin D Combined with Routine Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨维生素D联合常规口服降糖药治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者的效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年11月我院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者92例,随机分为对照组(46例,二甲双胍)、联治组(46例,二甲双胍+维生素D)。比较两组的糖代谢指标、氧化应激指标和不良妊娠结局。结果治疗后,联治组的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹2 h血糖(2hPG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血清丙二醛(MDA)水平均低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。联治组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维生素D联合常规口服降糖药治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者可降低其血糖水平,减轻氧化应激反应,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the effect of vitamin D combined with routine oral hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 92 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to November 2022 were randomly divided into control group(46 cases,metformin)and combined group(46 cases,metformin+vitamin D).The indicators of glucose metabolism and oxidative stress,and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting 2 hour blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and serum malondialdehyde(MDA)of the combined group were lower than those of the control group,and the superoxide dismutase(SOD)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Vitamin D combined with routine oral hypoglycemic drugs can reduce the blood glucose level of patients with gestational diabetes,alleviate the oxidative stress reaction and improve the pregnancy outcomes.
