无痛康复治疗技术在人工髋关节置换术后的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Painless Rehabilitation Technique after Artificial Hip Replacement

目的探讨无痛康复治疗技术在人工髋关节置换术后的应用效果。方法将78例股骨颈骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组术后应用常规处理,观察组术后实施无痛康复治疗技术。比较两组的髋关节功能、疼痛程度、日常生活自理能力。结果治疗后1周、2周、1个月,观察组Harris评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,观察组ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛康复治疗技术在人工髋关节置换术后的应用效果较好,可明显改善患者的髋关节功能,缓解其肢体疼痛反应,提高康复期生活自理能力。

Objective To explore the effect of painless rehabilitation technique after artificial hip replacement.Methods 78 patients with femoral neck fractures were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine treatment after surgery,and the observation group received painless rehabilitation technique after surgery.The hip function,pain degree and self-care ability of daily life were compared between the two groups.Results 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after treatment,the Harris scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the VAS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).1 month after treatment,the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Painless rehabilitation technique has better application effect in artificial hip replacement,which can significantly improve the hip function,relieve the limb pain response,and improve the self-care ability of patients during the rehabilitation period.
