多学科协作护理对功能性子宫出血患者康复情况、心理情绪及营养状态的影响

Influence of Multidisciplinary Colla borative Nursing on Rehabilitation,Psychological Emotions and Nutritional Status of Patients with Functional Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨多学科协作护理对功能性子宫出血患者康复情况、心理情绪及营养状态的影响。方法将我院收治的80例功能性子宫出血患者随机分为两组各40例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施多学科协作护理干预,比较两组患者的康复情况、心理情绪及营养状态。结果观察组子宫出血停止时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、前白蛋白(PA)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作护理可有效改善功能性子宫出血患者的不良心理情绪和营养状态,促进患者快速康复。

Objective To explore the influence of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on rehabilitation,psychological emotions and nutritional status of patients with functional uterine bleeding.Methods 80 cases of patients with functional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention.The rehabilitation,psychological emotions and nutritional status of the two groups were compared.Results The uterine bleeding stop time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb)and prealbumin(PA)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing can effectively improve the adverse psychological emotions and nutritional status of patients with functional uterine bleeding,and promote the rapid recovery.
