快速康复外科理念在老年脊柱结核围手术期护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Fast Track Surgery Concept in Perioperative Nursing of Elderly Spinal Tuberculosis

目的探讨快速康复外科(FTS)理念在老年脊柱结核围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法将60例老年脊柱结核手术患者随机分为两组。对照组行常规护理,观察组行FTS理念护理,比较两组的疼痛程度、生活质量、并发症发生率。结果术后1 d、3 d,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论FTS理念应用于老年脊柱结核围术期护理中可减轻患者术后疼痛程度,减少并发症的发生,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of fast track surgery(FTS)concept in perioperative nursing of elderly spinal tuberculosis.Methods 60 elderly patients with spinal tuberculosis surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received FTS concept nursing.The pain degree,quality of life,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results 1 day and 3 days after surgery,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions FTS concept applied in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with spinal tuberculosis can relieve postoperative pain,reduce the complications,and improve the quality of life.
