互联网+延续护理对急性胰腺炎患者疾病知识及生活质量的影响

Impact of Internet+Extended Nursing on Disease Knowledge and Quality of Life in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨互联网+延续护理对急性胰腺炎(AP)患者疾病知识及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2023年1月我院收治的70例AP患者,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用互联网+延续护理。比较两组的疾病知识知晓情况及生活质量。结果观察组疾病知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院后3个月,观察组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互联网+延续护理可提高AP患者的疾病知识知晓率,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Internet+extended nursing on disease knowledge and quality of life in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods 70 AP patients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received Internet+extended nursing.The awareness rate of disease knowledge and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of disease knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).3 months after discharge,the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Internet+extended nursing can improve the awareness rate of disease knowledge of AP patients,and improve the quality of life.
