基于目标管理优化的护理路径在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后患者康复中的应用研究

Application Study of Nursing Path Based on Objective Management Optimization in Rehabilitation of Patients after Hysteroscopic Endometrial Polypectomy

目的探讨基于目标管理优化的护理路径在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后患者康复中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2022年7月于我院行宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者86例,随机分为两组各43例。对照组实施常规护理路径,观察组实施基于目标管理优化的护理路径。比较两组的手术相关指标、负性情绪和并发症。结果观察组手术相关指标优于对照组,且护理后SAS、SDS评分及并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于目标管理优化的护理路径能有效减轻宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者不良情绪,促进其术后康复,且并发症较少。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing path based on objective management optimization in the rehabilitation of patients after hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.Methods 86 patients with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group received routine nursing path,and the observation group received nursing path based on objective management optimization.The operation related indicators,negative emotions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation related indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the SAS,SDS scores after nursing and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing path based on objective management optimization can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy,promote the postoperative recovery,with fewer complications.
