亚专科小组管理模式在手足显微外科断指再植术围术期的应用

Application of Sub Specialized Group Management Mode in the Perioperative Period of Amputated Finger Replantation in Department of Hand and Foot Microsurgery

目的探讨亚专科小组管理模式在手足显微外科断指再植术围术期的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月至2022年7月于我院行断指再植术的120例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用亚专科小组管理模式。比较两组的手术情况、术前准备工作及术后指功能恢复情况。结果观察组入院至手术室时间、手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组器械准备、药品准备、体位摆放、静脉穿刺、器械清洗达标率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组感觉恢复、关节屈曲度、血液循环、外观及综合评估优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亚专科小组管理模式用于断指再植术可缩短手术时间,提高术前工作达标率,促进患者指功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the application effect of sub specialized group management mode in the perioperative period of amputated finger replantation in department of hand and foot microsurgery.Methods 120 patients with amputated finger replantation in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received sub specialized group management mode.The operation status,preoperative preparation work and postoperative recovery of finger function were compared between the two groups.Results The time from admission to operating room,and operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The standard rates of instrument preparation,drug preparation,posture placement,venous puncture,and instrument cleaning in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rates of sensory recovery,joint flexion,blood circulation,appearance and overall evaluation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sub specialized group management mode for amputated finger replantation can shorten the surgical time,improve the standard rate of preoperative work,and promote the recovery of finger function in patients.
