骶管阻滞复合七氟烷全麻在小儿隐睾手术中的应用

Application of Sacral Canal Block Combined with Sevoflurane General Anesthesia in Children's Cryptorchidism Surgery

目的:探究在小儿隐睾手术中通过骶管阻滞复合七氟烷治疗的应用价值。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年12月六盘水市人民医院收治的小儿隐睾手术患儿82例,根据奇偶数分组法,将奇数患者纳入对照组,将偶数患者纳入观察组,各41例。对照组通过喉罩全身麻醉,观察组通过骶管阻滞复合七氟烷麻醉,对比两组麻醉效果。结果:观察组患儿拔管时间、清醒时间、离室时间以及躁动评分均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034);阻滞结束10min时、切片时及手术结束时,观察组患儿心率与平均动脉压优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿隐睾手术中应用骶管阻滞复合七氟烷全麻,有助于提高患儿麻醉效果及苏醒质量,安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application value of sacral canal block combined with sevoflurane in the treatment of children with cryptorchidism.Methods:A total of eighty-two children with cryptorchidism surgery treated in Liupanshui People's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected.According to the odd-even grouping method,odd-numbered patients were included in the control group,and even-numbered patients were included in the observation group,with forty-one cases each.The control group underwent laryngeal mask anesthesia,the observation group underwent sacral canal block combined with sevoflurane anesthesia,and the anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The extubation time,waking time,time away from the room and agitation score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034);At 10 min after the end of the block,at the time of sectioning and at the end of the operation,heart rate and mean arterial pressure in observation group were better than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of sacral canal block combined with sevoflurane general anesthesia in the operation of children with cryptorchidism is helpful to improve the anesthesia effect and recovery quality of children with high safety,and is worthy of promotion.
