不同抗精神疾病药物对精神分裂症患者心电图异常情况的影响

Effect of Different Antipsychotic Drugs on Abnormal Electrocardiogram in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:比较不同抗精神疾病药物对精神分裂症患者心电图异常情况的影响。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年2月日照市精神卫生中心收治的精神分裂症患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为研究1组(n=34)、研究2组(n=33)、研究3组(n=33),研究1组应用氨磺必利治疗,研究2组应用利培酮治疗,研究3组应用氯氮平治疗。分析三组患者常规心电图异常情况。结果:研究1组与研究2组心电图异常率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究1组、研究2组心电图异常率均低于研究3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用氯氮平治疗的精神分裂症患者心脏损伤程度高于应用氨磺必利和利培酮治疗的患者,患者应定期进行心电图检查,以便及早发现异常情况,提升用药安全性。

Objective:To compare the effects of different antipsychotic drugs on abnormal electrocardiogram in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with schizophrenia admitted to Rizhao Mental Health Center from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into study group 1(n=34),study group 2(n=33)and study group 3(n=33).Study group 1 was treated with amisulpride,study group 2 with risperidone and study group 3 with clozapine.Routine electrocardiogram abnormalities were analyzed in the three groups.Results:There was no significant difference in ECG abnormality rate between study group 1 and study group 2(P>0.05);The abnormal rates of electrocardiogram in study group 1 and study group 2 were lower than those in study group 3,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The degree of cardiac injury in patients with schizophrenia treated with clozapine is higher than that in patients treated with amsulpride and risperidone,and patients should undergo regular electrocardiogram examination in order to detect abnormalities early and improve drug safety.
