单侧双孔内镜技术治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的效果

Effect of Unilateral Two-hole Endoscopic Technique in the Treatment of Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的:分析退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者应用单侧双孔内镜(UBE)技术治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月临沂市第四人民医院收治的退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组采用保守治疗,研究组采用UBE技术治疗。比较两组患者治疗有效率、疼痛情况、腰椎功能、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果:研究组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038);治疗后,研究组患者视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,研究组患者Oswestry功能障碍指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038);治疗后,研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:应用UBE技术治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者,可提高治疗有效率,患者疼痛程度小,腰椎功能良好,并发症发生率低,生活质量较高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of unilateral two-hole endoscopy(UBE)in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:Sixty patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to Linyi Fourth People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with conservative treatment,and the study group was treated with UBE technique.Treatment effectiveness,pain,lumbar function,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038);After treatment,the visual analogue score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the score of Oswestry disability index in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038);After treatment,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of UBE technique in the treatment of patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis can improve the treatment efficiency,the degree of pain,the lumbar function is good,the incidence of complications is low,and the quality of life is high.
