静脉营养支持治疗联合注射用黄芪多糖对癌症相关性疲乏的应用效果

Application Effect of Intravenous Nutritional Support Therapy Combined with Injectable Astragalus Polysacharin on Cancer-related Fatigue

目的:探讨静脉营养支持治疗联合注射用黄芪多糖对癌症相关性疲乏(CRF)的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年3月遵义市第五人民医院收治的晚期癌症患者50例作为观察对象,按照治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以静脉营养支持治疗联合输注注射用黄芪多糖。比较两组患者Piper疲乏量表(PFS)评分、营养指标及患者主观整体评估(PG-SGA)评分。结果:治疗后,观察组PFS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组白蛋白、血清前白蛋白水平均高于对照组,观察组PG-SGA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在晚期癌症姑息支持治疗过程中,合理的静脉营养支持联合输注注射用黄芪多糖,能够减改善患者CRF症状,降低并发症发生率,提升营养指标水平,改善PG-SGA评分。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of intravenous nutritional support therapy combined with injectable astragalus polysacharin on cancer-related fatigue(CRF).Methods:Fifty cases of advanced cancer patients admitted to Zunyi Fifth People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment modality,each with twenty-five cases.The control group was treated conventionally,and the observation group was treated with intravenous nutritional support therapy combined with infusion of injectable astragalus polysacharin on the basis of the control group.The Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS)score,nutritional indexes and Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)score were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the PFS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The levels of albumin and serum prealbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the PG-SGA score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of palliative supportive therapy for advanced cancer,reasonable intravenous nutritional support combined with infusion of injectable astragalus polysacharin can minus improve the CRF symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,enhance the level of nutritional indexes,and improve the PG-SGA score.
