心跳模拟器联合母亲体味在危重症新生儿睡眠护理中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探究心跳模拟器联合母亲体味在危重症新生儿睡眠护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月百色市人民医院收治的危重症新生儿400例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各200例。对照组行常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上行心跳模拟器联合母亲体味护理,比较两组相关情况。结果:试验组呼吸频率低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);出生后7、14d,试验组体重、进奶量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出生后30d,试验组睡眠状态优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);出生后30d,试验组行为能力、被动肌张力、主动肌张力、原始反射、一般估价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:心跳模拟器联合母亲体味应用于危重症新生儿,能够促使其神经行为发育良好,改善临床指标,促进体重增长,进奶量增多,改善睡眠状态,减少并发症,获得了更好的疾病预后。 Objective:To explore the application effect of heartbeat simulator combined with maternal body odor in sleep care of critically ill newborns.Methods:A total of four hundred critically ill newborns treated in Baise People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with two hundred cases each.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received basic heartbeat simulator combined with maternal body odor nursing in the control group.The relevant situation of the two groups was compared.Results:The respiratory rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);At 7 and 14 days after birth,the body weight and milk intake of experimental groups were higher than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);At 30 days after birth,the sleep state good and good rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);At 30 days after birth,the behavioral ability,passive muscle tone,active muscle tone,primitive reflex and general evaluation of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The application of heartbeat simulator combined with maternal body odor in critically ill newborns can promote their neurobehavioral development,improve clinical indicators,promote weight gain,increase milk intake,improve sleep status,reduce complications,and obtain a better disease prognosis.
