门诊妇科患者术前应激性血压升高影响因素分析及护理干预措施

Analysis of Influencing Factors and Nursing Intervention Measures of Preoperative Stress Hypertension in Outpatient Gynecological Patients

目的:分析门诊妇科患者术前应激性血压升高的原因,运用相应护理干预措施进行干预。方法:选取2020年5—7月于上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院进行门诊妇科手术患者88例为研究对象,采用问卷的形式收集门诊妇科手术患者术前各项基本信息,进行术前血压升高影响因素分析,术前血压升高多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:年龄、文化程度、术前休息、环境体感温度、患者间交流、医护人员与患者交流、相关知识、状态焦虑分值因素与术前血压存在相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);回归分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、环境体感温度、医护与患者间交流、状态焦虑分值因素均为术前血压升高的独立相关因素(P<0.05)。结论:患者年龄、文化程度、环境体感温度、医护人员与患者交流以及状态焦虑分值是影响患者术前血压的相关因素,应进行针对性的护理干预措施综合运用于门诊妇科手术术前患者,促进患者术前血压稳定,顺利完成手术治疗。

Objective:To analyze the causes of stress hypertension in outpatient gynecological patients before operation,and use the corresponding nursing intervention measures to intervene.Methods:A total of eighty-eight patients undergoing outpatient gynecological surgery in Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from May 2020 to July 2020 were selected as the study objects.The basic information of out-patient gynecological surgery was collected by questionnaire.The influence factors of preoperative hypertension were analyzed,and the multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed.Results:Age,educational level,preoperative rest,ambient somatosematic temperature,communication between patients,communication between medical staff and patients,relevant knowledge,state anxiety score were correlated with preoperative blood pressure,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The results of regression analysis showed that age,education level,ambient somosensory temperature,communication between patients and nurses,and state anxiety score were all independent related factors of preoperative hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients'age,educational level,ambient body temperature,communication between medical staff and patients,and state anxiety score are the relevant factors affecting patients'preoperative blood pressure.Targeted nursing interventions should be comprehensively applied to patients before outpatient gynecological surgery to promote the stability of patients'preoperative blood pressure and successful completion of surgical treatment.
