护士岗位培训的绩效考核在护理工作中的应用价值

摘要 近些年来,随着社会环境和医疗卫生环境的巨大改变,各医院的绩效评估管理工作出现漏洞,加强改革和建设各医院的绩效评价管理工作,对于保障患者的健康以及医院对人才的科学管理具有重要意义。该文叙述护士岗位培训效果的评价及其影响因素,探索介入以资源为基础的相对价值体系评估系统对绩效考核的影响,以期为今后的护士岗位培训提供全面的视角,为构建符合中国医疗卫生发展的更为科学化的护士岗位培训提供依据。 In recent years,with the great changes in the social environment and medical and health care environment,there are loopholes in the performance evaluation management of various hospitals,and it is of great significance to strengthen the reform and construction of the performance evaluation management of various hospitals in order to safeguard the health of patients as well as the scientific management of talents in hospitals.The paper describes the evaluation of the effectiveness of nurses'job training and its influencing factors,and explores the impact of intervening in the resource-based relative value system evaluation system on performance appraisal,with a view to providing a comprehensive perspective on nurses'job training in the future,and providing the basis for constructing a more scientific nurses'job training in line with the development of China's healthcare industry.
