摘要
目的了解北京地区各级托幼机构的消毒质量现状,查找托幼机构日常消毒工作中的问题,探索预防传染病传播的可控环节,为改进和提高托幼机构消毒管理工作提供依据。方法采用现场采样和实验室检测方法,依据标准规范对北京市各级各类托幼机构的消毒质量进行监测,汇总分析。结果2019年—2022年北京市各级各类托幼机构共采样20692件,合格20044件,总的合格率为96.9%。餐饮具的合格率最高,为99.4%,教师及儿童手的合格率最低,为90.3%。城区监测项目总的合格率为95.9%,低于郊区监测项目的98.0%(χ^(2)=77.586,P<0.001)。结论北京地区托幼机构消毒质量总体状况较好,但教师及儿童手的合格率尚需进一步提高,应加强对托幼机构的消毒技术指导,提升教师及儿童正确洗手的意识和依从性。
Objective This paper aims to understand the current situation of disinfection quality in kindergartens at all levels in Beijing,find out the problems in daily disinfection work of kindergartens,explore the controllable points to prevent the spread of infectious diseases,and provide evidence for improving the disinfection management in kindergartens.Methods Using on-site sampling and laboratory testing methods,the disinfection quality of kindergartens at all levels in Beijing was monitored and analyzed in accordance with standards and specifications.Results From 2019 to 2022,a total of 20692 samples were collected from various kindergartens at all levels in Beijing,and 20044 samples were qualified,with a total qualification rate of 96.9% and 2044 were qualified,with a total qualification rate of 96.9%.The qualification rate of catering utensils was the highest(99.4%),while the qualification rate for teachers and children’s hands was the lowest(90.3%).The overall qualification rate of urban monitoring projects was 95.9%,lower than 98.0% of suburban monitoring projects(χ^(2)=77.586,P<0.001).Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of kindergartens in Beijing is good,but the qualification rate of teachers’and children’s hands still needs to be further improved.It is necessary to strengthen the guidance of disinfection techniques in kindergartens and enhance the awareness and compliance of teachers and children to wash their hands correctly.
