血清白介素-33和肿瘤坏死因子-α变化水平与哮喘患儿疾病进展性相关性研究

Relationship between serum levels of interleukin-33 and tumor necrosis factor-αand disease progression in children with asthma

摘要 目的通过检测哮喘患儿血清白介素-33(IL-33)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,研究其与哮喘进展性相关性。方法选取2017年3月—2022年6月本院收治的115例哮喘患儿及体检正常的115例健康儿童。根据实测最大呼气流量(PEF)值与预计值之间比值将患儿哮喘严重程度分为轻度、中度和重度3个等级;采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法对受试者血清炎症因子IL-33和TNF-α的水平进行检测。结果哮喘患儿分为轻度组39例,中度组42例,重度组34例。对照组与哮喘组患儿血清IL-33和TNF-α水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比较,哮喘组患儿血清IL-33和TNF-α水平均有所升高(P<0.05)。轻度组、中度组与重度组哮喘患儿血清IL-33和TNF-α水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中与轻度组相比较,中度组与重度组患儿血清IL-33和TNF-α水平均有所升高(P<0.05),且中度组患儿血清IL-33和TNF-α水平低于重度组。以IL-33和TNF-α水平为因变量,Spearman相关性分析结果提示,IL-33和TNF-α水平与哮喘进展性成正相关(r值分别为0.722、0.570,P<0.05)。结论哮喘儿童血清IL-33和TNF-α变化水平与哮喘进展性相密切相关,两者成正相关关系。 Objective This paper aims to investigate the correlation between serum interleukin-33(IL-33)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels in children with asthma and the progression of asthma.Methods A total of 115 children with asthma and 115 healthy children with normal physical examination admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to June 2022 were selected.According to the ratio between the measured maximum expiratory flow(PEF)value and the estimated value,the severity of asthma was divided into three grades:mild,moderate and severe.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to measure the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-33 and TNF-α.Results The children with asthma were divided into mild group(39 cases),moderate group(42 cases)and severe group(34 cases).There is statistical significance on the differences in serum levels of IL-33 and TNF-α between control group and asthma group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,serum levels of IL-33 and TNF-α were increased in asthmatic group(P<0.05).There is statistical significance on the differences in serum levels of IL-33 and TNF-α in mild,moderate and severe asthmatic children(P<0.05).Compared with mild group,serum levels of IL-33 and TNF-α in moderate and severe group were increased(P<0.05),and serum levels of IL-33 and TNF-α in moderate group were lower than those in severe group.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the levels of IL-33 and TNF-α were positively correlated with the progression of asthma(r=0.722,r=0.570,P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-33 and TNF-α are closely related to the progression of asthma in children with asthma. Both of them are positively correlated.
