Ideal and Belief Education for Student Party Members in Universities and Colleges under the New Situation

新形势下,我国高校学生党员群体的理想信念状况总体保持积极向上的态势,但受到一些不利因素的影响,少数学生党员也在不同程度上存在思想状态不稳定的现象。高校应当充分认识学生党员理想信念教育工作的重要性和必要性,积极应对来自工作的理念认同、评价导向、方式创新、力量投入、学生党员自我教育管理、学生党支部作用发挥以及网络负面影响等方面的问题和挑战,着力推动理念创新,丰富教育内容形式,拓展教育平台空间,提升环境育人实效,增强协同育人合力,强化评估导向和长效机制构建,从而有效提升高校学生党员理想信念教育工作的成效。

Under the new situation,the ideal and belief status of the student party members in Chinese universities and colleges remains positive on the whole.However,due to some unfavorable factors,the ideal state of a small number of student party members is unstable.Universities and colleges should fully recognize the importance and necessity of ideal and belief education for student party members,and actively respond to the bottlenecks and challenges from idea identification,evaluation orientation,method innovation,strength investment,self-education and management of student party members,the role of Party branches,and the negative impacts of the internet.In addition,universities and colleges should make efforts to promote idea innovation,enrich educational content and forms,expand educational platform and space,heighten the effectiveness of environmental education,enhance collaborative education,and strengthen evaluation orientation and long-term mechanism construction,so as to effectively better the effectiveness of the ideal and belief education for student party members.
