乡村振兴视野中西部地区农村妇女角色研究

On the Role of Rural Women in the Western Regions from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

西部地区是我全国脱贫攻坚的重点区域,又是全面建成小康社会任务最艰巨和最繁重的地区。西部地区农村妇女既是乡村振兴的享有者和受益者,又是乡村振兴的推动者和建设者。通过摩塞性别分析框架下西部地区农村妇女三重角色的形成与表现,不仅可以揭示西部地区农村妇女在乡村振兴中所扮演的生产者角色,还可特别指出影响其社区角色发挥的制约因素。为了更好地发挥农村妇女在实施乡村振兴战略中的主体作用,各级政府除了要加大力度开发农村妇女的人力资源外,更要从制度上保障农村妇女参与社会治理的合法权利,因为两者对于实施乡村振兴来说具有同等重要的意义。

The western region is a key area for poverty alleviation in China,as well as a difficult and arduous task for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Rural women in the western region are not only the beneficiaries of rural revitalization,but also the promoters of rural revitalization.Through the Moser gender analysis framework,this article provides a detailed analysis of the formation and performance of the triple role of rural women in the western region.In addition to revealing the production role played by rural women in rural revitalization,it particularly points out the constraints that affect their community role.In order to better play the main role of rural women in implementing the rural revitalization strategy,governments at all levels should not only increase efforts to develop rural women’s human resources,but also ensure their legitimate rights to participate in social governance from a systemic perspective,as both have equal importance for implementing rural revitalization.
