基于CiteSpace近10年针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究进展及趋势分析

Analysis of the research progress and trend of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the past 10 years based on CiteSpace

目的:通过研究2013年2月—2023年2月针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的现状、研究热点及趋势,为临床及科研提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)收录的针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的相关文献,经refworks格式转换后,利用CiteSpace软件对发文量、作者、研究机构及关键词进行知识图谱分析。结果:最终纳入文献1890篇,共327位作者,发文量排名前5位的是王敏、张永臣、李曌嫱、丁德光和贾红玲;共有352所机构被纳入,发文量排名前3所的机构是广州中医药大学、山东中医药大学、北京中医药大学;共有485个关键词被纳入,中心性≥0.1的高频关键词有8个,分别为针灸(627次,0.56)、温针灸(277次,0.31)、针刺(105次,0.16)、腰椎间盘突出(182次,0.13)、针灸疗法(115次,0.13)、临床研究(75次,0.11)、临床疗效(111次、0.1)、电针(88次、0.1)。关键词突现强度排名前5位的有腰椎功能、疼痛、炎症因子、临床效果、炎性因子。结论:近10年来,针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症领域总体发文量平稳,针灸治疗对LDH患者腰椎功能及血清炎症因子的影响是近年研究热点。在治疗方案的选择上应注意个体化差异,将疾病治疗、疼痛管理及康复护理等各种措施有机结合,以达到最好的疗效。在研究中各团队和机构间的合作与交流有待进一步加强,实现优势互补。

Objective:To provide reference for clinical and scientific research by studying the current status,research hotspots and trends of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)from February 2013 to February 2023.Methods:Literature related to acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of LDH included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)was retrieved.After refworks format conversion,knowledge graph analysis was conducted on the number of publications,authors,research institutions and keywords by CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 1890 articles with 327 authors were included,Wang Min,Zhang Yongchen,Li Zhaoqiang,Ding Deguang and Jia Hongling ranked the top five in the number of publications.A total of 352 institutions were included,the top three institutions in terms of published papers were Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.A total of 485 keywords were included,and there were 8 high-frequency keywords with centrality≥0.1,namely acupuncture and moxibustion(627 times,0.56),warm acupuncture and moxibustion(277 times,0.31),acupuncture(105 times,0.16),LDH(182 times,0.13),acupuncture and moxibustion therapy(115 times,0.13),clinical studies(75 times,0.11),clinical efficacy(111 times,0.1),and electroacupuncture(88 times,0.1).The top 5 keywords in emergence intensity were lumbar vertebral function,pain,inflammatory factors,clinical effect,and inflammatory factors.Conclusion:In the past 10 years,the overall number of publications in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of LDH has been stable.The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on lumbar vertebral function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with LDH is a research hotspot in recent years.In the choice of treatment program,attention should be paid to individual differences,and various measures such as disease treatment,pain management and rehabilitation nursing should be organically combined to achieve the best effect.In the research,the cooperation and communication between teams and institutions need to be further strengthened to achieve complementary advantages.
