摘要
目的:对不同产地的苍耳草进行鉴别研究,使苍耳草药材能被准确、合理、安全地使用,确保其临床用药的安全性。方法:采用微性状鉴别法对11批苍耳草样品(包括苍耳草、蒙古苍耳草、意大利苍耳草3个品种)的叶、果实、茎的主要性状特征进行观察并拍照;采用高效液相色谱法测定11批苍耳草样品,建立其指纹图谱共有峰;采用国家药典委员会发布的“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”(2012.130723版本)对样品进行分析。结果:苍耳草叶脉上的绒毛较其他两种苍耳草密集,蒙古苍耳草及意大利苍耳草叶脉上的绒毛较稀疏,甚至有的观察不到;果实以意大利苍耳草较大,绒毛密集,其次为蒙古苍耳草;茎表面纵棱凸起程度为意大利苍耳草>苍耳草>蒙古苍耳草,纵棱密集程度无明显区别。11批不同产地苍耳草样品HPLC指纹图谱中,建立了7个指纹图谱共有峰,相似度结果显示,意大利苍耳草与其他样品(4号样品除外)的相似度较低,均小于0.900;蒙古苍耳草(即3号、7号、10号)样品,相似度较高(分别为0.999、0.968、0.964),均大于0.900;而苍耳草样品之间相似度较低。结论:高效液相色谱法较稳定,重现性好,可以对不同产地的苍耳草进行鉴别。
Objective:To study the identification of Cang′ercao from different places so that Cang′ercao can be used accurately,reasonably and safely,and to ensure the safety of clinical medication Methods:The main characters of leaves,fruits and stems of 11 batches of Cang′ercao samples(including Cang′ercao,Mongolicum Cang′ercao,Italiana Cang′ercao)were observed and photographed by micro-character identification method.11 batches of Cang′ercao samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography to establish the common peak of their fingerprints.The similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine(2012.130723 version)issued by the State Pharmacopoia Commission was used to analyze the samples.Results:The villi on the leaf veins of Cang′ercao were denser than those of the other two Cang′ercao species,and the villi on the leaf veins of Mongolicum Cang′ercao and Italiana Cang′ercao were sparse and even some could not be observed.The fruit of Italiana Cang′ercao was larger and had dense villi,followed by Mongolium Cang′ercao.The degree of longitudinal ridge on the stem surface was Italiana Cang′ercao>Cang′ercao>Mongolicum Cang′ercao,and there was no significant difference in the density of longitudinal edges.In the 11 batches of HPLC fingerprint of Cang′ercao samples from different places,7 fingerprint common peaks were established.The similarity results showed that the similarity between Italiana Cang′ercao and other samples(except sample 4)was low,which was less than 0.900.And samples 3,7 and 10 of Mongolium Cang′ercao had higher similarity(0.999,0.968 and 0.964,respectively),all of which were greater than 0.900.However,Cang′ercao samples showed lower similarity.Conclusion:The high performance liquid chromatography method is stable and reproducible,and can be used to identify Cang′ercao from different places.
