摘要
针对相控阵雷达设备机柜中电子器件散热需求,设计一种新型液冷密闭机柜。首先设计出机柜原型,采用图乘法初步验算其强度及挠度,快速确定机柜的截面参数;然后运用有限元分析平台,并通过加载与运输、工作环境相符的随机振动、冲击激励,对该机柜进行动力响应分析;最后通过比较仿真结果与设计值验证了图乘法设计的有效性,并对整体结构强度作出评价。该方法可为相似产品的设计、验证提供重要参考。
In response to the heat dissipation requirement of electronic components in phased array radar cabinets,a new liquid-cooling airtight cabinet is designed.Firstly,the cabinet prototype is designed,and the preliminary verification of its strength and deflection is carried out through the graphic multiplication method(GMM)to quickly determine the cross-section parameters of the cabinet.Then,the finite element analysis platform is used,and the dynamic response analysis of the cabinet is conducted by loading random vibration and impact excitation,which is consistent with the transportation and working environment.Finally,comparing the simulation results with the design values can verify the effectiveness of the GMM and evaluate the overall strength of the structure.The method can provide an important reference for the design and verification of similar products.
