摘要
当前,冷链货物的损耗率居高不下,建立一套完善的冷链物流风险评估指标及方法显得迫切和重要。利用聚类技术对2010—2021年的92篇冷链物流风险评估文献进行分析,获取学者研究冷链物流风险的重点指标,结合冷链物流的作业流程,详细分析得到全新的风险指标体系。利用层次分析法、权重自适应调整法以及改进的灰色理论对冷链物流实例进行评估,结果显示风险集中在仓储环节与“最先一公里”环节。根据分析结果,提出推广并发展移动加工技术、普及冷链物流溯源技术等对策。
Currently,the loss rate of cold chain goods remains high,so it is urgent and important to establish a comprehensive set of risk assessment indicators and methods for cold chain logistics.Using clustering technology to analyze 92 literature on cold chain logistics risk assessment between 2010 and 2021,key indicators for scholars to study cold chain logistics risks were obtained.Combined with the operation process of cold chain logistics,a new risk indicator system was analyzed in detail.Using analytic hierarchy process,weight adaptive adjustment method and improved grey theory to evaluate cold chain logistics cases,the results showed that risks were concentrated in the warehousing and first mile links.Based on the analysis results,proposing strategies such as promoting and developing mobile processing technology and popularizing cold chain logistics traceability technology.
