摘要
文章以东兴市水产技术推广工作为例,探索如何在水产养殖业和基层水产技术推广部门落实“大食物观”。通过牢固树立和践行“大食物观”,突出农业科技推广工作在新发展理念中的导向作用,加快科学技术成果转化;同时进一步明确增强基层农技推广部门的使命感和责任感,践行“大食物观”、筑牢粮食与食品安全体系体现了顶层设计大食物观的时代价值,昭示着党和政府的责任担当,顺应了人民群众对美好生活的向往和期盼。通过千方百计拓宽农民增收致富渠道,落实技术路径和配套的支农惠农政策,强化技术部门的公益性服务功能,创新市场化农技推广模式。
Taking the aquatic technology promotion in Dongxing City as an example,this paper explores how to implement the“Big Food Concept”in aquaculture and grass-roots aquatic technology promotion departments.By firmly establishing and practicing the“Big Food Concept”,highlighting the guiding role of agricultural science and technology promotion in the new development concept,and accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,at the same time,it further clarifies and enhances the sense of mission and responsibility of the grassroots agricultural technology promotion departments.Practicing the“Big Food Concept”and building a strong cereal and food safety system reflect the value of the top-level design of the big food concept.It shows the responsibility of the Party and the government and conforms to the people‘s yearning and expectation for a better life.By doing everything possible to broaden the channels for farmers to increase their income,implement the technical path and related policies for supporting and benefiting agriculture,strengthen the public welfare service function of the technical departments,and innovate the market-oriented agricultural technology promotion model.
