赤藓糖醇喷砂预防正畸微种植体周围炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on prevention of orthodontic peri⁃implantitis by erythematol sandblasting

目的:探讨赤藓糖醇喷砂对正畸微种植体周围炎的预防效果。方法:20例(40颗)微种植体,采用随机分组对照实验,术后不同时间点对实验组进行赤藓糖醇喷砂处理,并于术后1周、1个月、3个月检测微种植体探诊深度及菌斑指数,测定微种植体周围炎及松动度的发生例数。结果:赤藓糖醇喷砂组发生微种植体周围炎为1例和松动度0例,对照组发生微种植体周围炎和松动度的例数分别为2例和1例,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);菌斑指数和探诊深度两项指标在不同时间点都存在着差异,赤藓糖醇喷砂组均值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:赤藓糖醇喷砂可辅助控制微种植体周围炎的发生,在预防正畸微种植体周围炎中起到作用推荐临床进一步研究。

Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of erythritol sandblasting on orthodontic microperi⁃implantitis.Methods:Twenty patients(40 implants)were treated with erythritol sandblasting at different time points after operation.The probing depth and plaque index of the implants were detected at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation,and the number of cases of periimplantitis and loosening degree were determined.Results:There was 1 case of microimplantitis and 0 cases of loosening degree in erythritol sandblasting group,and 2 cases of microimplantitis and 1 case of loosening degree in control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were differences in plaque index and probing depth at different time points,and the mean values of erythritol sandblasting group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erythritol sandblasting plays an important role in the prevention of orthodontic microperi⁃implant inflammation.
