高温作业工人代谢综合征患病情况及影响因素研究

Prevalence and influencing factors of metabolic syndrome among workers exposed to high temperature

目的:对于高温作业人员进行代谢综合征(MS)相关调查研究,并且分析相关因素对患病的影响,为高温作业人员有效防治MS提供科学依据,从而减少心血管及内分泌疾病的发生。方法:将2020年10月-2021年9月期间在我院进行体检的高温作业工人在符合纳入排除标准后纳入分析。通过问卷调查和体格检查等方法收集相关的数据。通过Logistic回归进行相关影响因素的分析。结果:本次研究共纳入1549人,MS患病率为20.0%。年龄、BMI、文化程度、压力来源和锻炼情况是MS的独立影响因素。以多因素Logistic回归的预测概率为预测指标进行ROC曲线分析,曲线下面积为0.818(0.792,0.844),表明根据这些一般特征和生活行为方式能较好的预测调查对象是否可能为MS患者。结论:高温作业工人是MS的高发人群,锻炼是预防MS的重要保护因素,应强调锻炼对于预防MS的重要性,加强对MS相关危险因素的干预,降低MS发生。

Objective:To investigate and study the metabolic syndrome(Metabolic Syndrome,MS)related to high temperature workers,and analyze the impact of related factors on the disease,to provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and treatment of MS in high temperature workers,thereby reducing cardiovascular and endocrine diseases happened.Methods:The high⁃temperature workers who underwent physical examination in our hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were included in the analysis after meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Relevant data were collected through questionnaires and physical examinations.The relevant influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results:A total of 1549 people were included in this study,and the MS prevalence rate was 20.0%.Age,BMI,education level,stress source and exercise situation were independent influencing factors of MS.The ROC curve analysis was carried out with the prediction probability of multi⁃factor logistic regression as the prediction index,and the area under the curve was 0.818(0.792,0.844),indicating that these general characteristics and life behaviors can better predict whether the survey subjects may be MS patients.Conclusion:Workers who work in warm weather are high⁃incidence groups of MS.Exercise is an important protective factor for preventing MS.The importance of exercise for MS prevention should be emphasized,and the intervention of MS⁃related risk factors should be strengthened to reduce the occurrence of MS.
