成套换热机组循环水泵并联设计与运行分析

摘要 通过介绍水泵与管网的特性曲线和运行工况点,指出在选型过程中需综合考虑的因素,为管网匹配合理的水泵。依托改造案例对并联水泵的设计、选型与运行等方面进行分析,找出影响水泵高效运行的各种因素,并给出不同工况下水泵的实际工作能力。同时,对并联水泵的工作性能进行综合阐述,力求在今后的实际应用中对水泵的计算、选型、使用等方面进行节能优化,对供热系统节能运行起到重要作用。 Through introducing the characteristic curve and operating condition points of water pump and pipe network,the paper points out the factors that should be comprehensively considered in the selection process to match the reasonable water pump for pipe network.According to the reconstruction case,the design,selection and operation of parallel water pumps are analyzed to find out the factors affecting the efficient operation of water pumps,and the actual working capacity of water pumps under different working conditions is given.At the same time,this paper comprehensively expounds the working performance of parallel water pumps,and strives to optimize the calculation,selection,use and other aspects of water pumps in the future practical application,which plays an important role in the energy-saving operation of the heating system.
