长输管道腐蚀因素与防护技术研究

Study on Corrosion Factors and Protective Technology of Long Distance Pipeline

众多油田的开挖促进了长输管道建设需求的增加,如何对长输管道进行维护以及研究使用过程中造成长输管道腐蚀的因素成为当下的首要任务。论文主要研究导致长输管道腐蚀的因素,以及该因素导致的腐蚀速率大小的判断和计算方法,并且分析各腐蚀影响因素在腐蚀过程中的本质,进而得出针对各种腐蚀因素的防护措施。

The excavation of many oil fields has increased the demand for long distance pipeline construction,how to maintain the long distance pipeline and study the factors that cause the corrosion of the long distance pipeline in the process of use become the primary task at present.This paper mainly studies the factors that lead to corrosion of long-distance pipeline,as well as the judgment and calculation methods of the corrosion rate caused by the factors,and analyzes the nature of each corrosion infuencing factor in the corrosion process,and then comes up with protective measures for various corrosion factors.
