大跨预应力混凝土工艺在双塔斜拉桥主梁工程中的应用

摘要 以某桥梁建设项目为案例,对大跨预应力混凝土施工技术进行分析,详细阐述了主塔、塔柱和大跨预应力混凝土的施工要点,最终桥梁的施工质量、施工进度达到了预期的效果。经实践论证得出,在对双塔斜拉桥进行施工时,施工单位应结合施工现场的情况和桥梁施工的特点合理安排施工班组,科学编制施工方案,严格按照施工方案施工,以保证施工质量满足设计及规范要求。 This study takes a bridge construction project as a case,analyzes the construction technology of large-span prestressed concrete,and elaborates the construction points of the main tower,tower column and large-span prestressed concrete in detail.Finally,the construction quality and progress of the bridge reach the expected effect.Through practical demonstration,it is concluded that when constructing the double-tower cable-stayed bridge,the construction unit should reasonably arrange the construction team according to the situation of the construction site and the characteristics of the bridge construction,scientifically prepare the construction plan,and strictly follow the construction plan to ensure that the construction quality meets the design and specification requirements.
