摘要
针对液压坝降水施工设计与管理的相关实践问题,以贾鲁河综合治理工程PPP项目第二标段工程为例,提出了把控设计质量、发挥管理效力的可行方法,即在液压坝降水施工中,既要做好井点管埋深、涌水量等参数的设计,又要从技术、质量、安全等角度出发,对实际作业活动进行综合管控。该方法解决了液压坝降水施工前期设计质量差、中后期管理效果不佳的问题,实现了降水作业效果与施工优质性、施工安全性的充分保障。
In the light of the practical problems related to the design and management of hydraulic dam dewatering construction,taking the second bid section ofPPP project ofJialu River Comprehensive Treatment Project as an example,this paper puts forward some feasible methods for controlling the design quality and exerting the management effectiveness,that is in the hydraulic dam dewatering construction,it is necessary not only to do well in the well point pipe buried depth,water inflow and other parameters of the design,but also from the perspective of technology,quality,safety,etc.,to conduct comprehensive control ofthe actual operation activities.The problems ofpoor design quality in the early stage and poor management effect in the middle and late stage of dewatering construction ofhydraulic dam are solved,and the sufficient guarantee ofdewatering operation effect,construction quality and construction safety is realized.
