摘要
阐述了盾构施工的基本概念、基本原理、常见设备类型、技术特征等,从施工安全性、效率、影响力、适用范围4个角度出发,对盾构施工的优势进行了分析。介绍了盾构施工的基本工艺流程,指出了前期准备、出洞、试推等环节的主要内容,并总结了施工要点,根据复杂地质工况下的地铁盾构施工现状,针对施工中常见的质量问题等,提出了施工质控要点与注意事项。
This paper expounds the basic concept,basic principle,common equipment types and technical characteristics of shield construction,and analyzes the advantages of shield construction from the perspectives of construction safety,efficiency,influence and scope of application,introduces the basic process flow of shield construction,points out the main contents of pre-preparation,tunneling and trial push,and summarizes the key points of construction.According to the status quo of subway shield construction under complex geological conditions,the key points of construction quality control and matters for attention are put forward in view ofthe common quality problems in construction.
